Our home equity line of credit is priced according to NY Prime Rate. Minimum Credit Line is $10,000 and the maximum is $150,000. The credit line provides for a ten year draw period and then a fifteen year repayment period. No closings costs or application fees. Up to 80% Loan to Value on 1-4 Family Primary Residence.  Maximum Rate is 18.0% and Minimum Rate is 4.0%.

Fixed Rate Second Mortgage

The credit union offers fixed rate second mortgages in terms of five, seven, ten and fifteen years. No closing costs for mortgages $25,000 and over.  Borrow up to 80% of the value of your home.
