I Spent How Much?
CHANGES TO HOME BANKING Due to new Federal security regulations, our Home Banking Access Procedures will change December 22, 2011.
Please Read Instructions Below
We have replaced the "Challenge Questions" with a "Challenge PIN". The Challenge PIN will only be required when logging into Home Banking from an un-authorized device.
1. Upon entering the home banking site, after December 22, you will be prompted one time to enter and confirm an e-mail address or a cell phone number that your Challenge Pin will be forwarded to. You must enter a valid e-mail address or cell phone number.
2. After the e-mail address or phone number is entered, a text or e-mail will be sent to confirm the member can receive the PIN. You must then enter that PIN to complete the setup.
Please note that you must not close the Home Banking browser page when retrieving your PIN e-mail or you will have to start the process again. Minimize the Home Banking page and open a new browser to retrieve your email. If the PIN is being sent by a text to your cell phone just enter the PIN that you received in the text message.
3. Once setup is complete, whenever you access the internet from an un-authorized device, you will receive a text or e-mail message with a challenge PIN. You will be required to enter that PIN before being allowed to continue. This Challenge PIN replaces the Challenge questions and will be a different 5-digit number each time.
